Timothy Schrack is owner and Broker of Record of Schrack Realty. Originally licensed in 1979, Tim began working for his late father, Rob Schrack, as a real estate agent. Tim then became licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1984 and acquired the Schrack Realty business in 2013.
Tim specializes in property valuation as he is a State Certified Residential Appraiser and his designations include GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). Tim is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and is the past president of the Huntingdon County Board of Realtors.
